Quartier La Pala

The development features a masonry spine containing the stairwell on the uphill side, creating resistance against the mountain. Facing south, the houses open through a generous terrace-garden, capturing the surrounding environment and drawing it inside. Like wedges embedded in the slope, the homes are oriented toward the valley. The south façade is a layered space that functions as a flexible filter between interior and exterior.
